Matthew O'Leary
Wanting to replace my factory stereo for my 2010 Ford Edge with a Bluetooth Screened version but I am weary about losing such abilities as steering wheel button operations etc. Does anybody have any input on this? akirby
There are adapters that allow you to keep your steering wheel controls with aftermarket radios. Can't remember the name though. Do a forum search - there have been several topics.

I've had good luck with the Metra Axxess products. Both in wiring harnesses and their AWSC-1 (I think that's the part #) steering wheel module. Only complaint I have is that the steering wheel module doesn't plug into their own wiring harness to get the ground or power. I had to tap into the existing ground. It should be easy enough to get a crimp-on end and plug it into the wiring harness if you want it more nice. But I don't know if they make one for the 2010 Edge. I imagine they do. PAC Audio is another vendor.
