omar302
Few members faced the same issue. Solution was to replace the wiper switch. Easy DIY and costs around $35.

Simply Rennata
My Ford Edge Limited 2013 has the same issue. When I turn the car on the wipers go at the fastest speed, non-stop. I can not turn it off or slow it down! Thanks to all who left tips on how to get this resolved. I will order the wiper switch and hopefully it will be resolved. buckeye11
Had the same problem, my wipers would cycle on the lowest setting even when the control was pointing to off. Replaced the switch with one I bought at a Ford dealership for less than it could be bought online, and it solved the problem. Full instruction on how to change the switch can be found online.
