I have Sirius issues

I seem to be having a heck of a time getting this system to work. I just bought this vehicle used (2013 SEL non-sony) and registered and the system told me I had an update. I downloaded, unzipped, updated and all seemed to be well, until I couldn't activate my Sirius. After multiple (probably eight now over a span of four days) signal refreshes I still have nothing. So I thought, ok maybe there is a new version of software. Logged into Ford, says I'm up to date. Did the "master reset" several times, nothing. (Also for a reset it's odd to keep the radio presets in memory). Double checked software version again: CCPU S/W Version: 3.08.15128.EA. 10_PRODUCT. I am at a bit of a loss here. Do you all think I've missed something or am not doing something correctly?

Sorry for the late reply, I thought I'd get an email notification if anyone responded. I will have to check the settings here. Yes I did verify that they have the correct esn, which also shows up on Sirius' website. I haven't tried pulling the fuse, I will go try that now. I have an appointment at the local Ford shop for it tomorrow morning in case it has to do with the 12M02 issue (covering accessory protocol interface module). At the dealership I got "that shouldn't effect it, but it could possibly effect it" type answer. If the fuse situation works that would save me a long day of shuttling and waiting tomorrow. I will post and let you know.
