mikesphoteaux
I dont know if the edge has it or not, but in the manual, it says if you press and hold down the unlock button for 2 sec or more, it will roll the windows down(open the vista roof too) with the car off. It wont work. Anyone else tried this?

Note: The ignition must be in the 1 (LOCK) position and the accessory delay feature must be not activated in order for this feature to operate. Lex Talionis
FWIW, I do not see this feature listed in the Edge manual. I had a similar feature on my Vdub and found..... I never used it... cool idea, just not much actual usage. what was better is the ability to roll UP and CLOSE all the windows and roof. That was more useful as I found situations where I was in where everything was open and I needed to fast close and go and that was way more useful. I went out started it up, then locked it, and then it worked. Who knows what my wife did when she parked in the driveway this morning. You must have to have a normal exit or something. Its actually going to be nice when its the middle of summer and Im inside to let that huge heat blast out. Just needs remote start!
mkaresh
Can you also put the windows up remotely? Or just down?
