Donpdoug Posted May 1, 2016 Report Share Posted May 1, 2016 So I tried running my vechicle health report. The report it self run but when I receive the email it says that I mat register the vin #. I've deleted it and re entered it numerous times as wells as my email address. Still getting the same error. I also called customer service and was instant chatting them for well over an hour. They were having the same issues and couldn't figure it out. The guy said that somebody will be contacting be in 3-5 days and that was a week ago..anybody have any suggestions..
