Matthewpa
I recently replaced my failed backup camera on my 2011 Edge Limited. The new camera does not show the green/yellow/red guild lines. Sync is updated to latest version. Are those guide lines built into camera?

WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Video camera not configured after replacement (DTC B115E:55 may be present) DTC B115E:55 sets in the BCM when the video camera is not configured. The video camera needs to be configured through the BCM . CARRY OUT the video camera configuration using the scan tool under Body > RVC Configuration. candurin
Just to channel my inner Dell Help Support line. Have you checked to make sure they are enabled in the MFT menu? Perhaps they need to be re-enabled after the replacement and sync update?

Does the dealer have to do that or can a shop that has advanced scan tools?
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
All done in IDS, Ford's software. So if a shop has access to IDS, it can do it; otherwise dealer.
Matthewpa
The issue is resolved. My local Ford dealer plugged in and activated the camera free of charge and everything is working again!

wlepse
Did you double check the settings in the MFT or forcing a reboot?
