blanton00 Posted February 17, 2016 Report Share Posted February 17, 2016 Hello all I got a 2012 Ford Edge a year ago and its the first car I have had with the HID headlights and am looking for any help on how to replace them I looked and did not find this in a topic and have done google searches and I have found nothing for a 2012 if anyone can help It would be great if this is something I can do myself? It is just like any bulb, except the base of the bulb is BIG as it includes an additional part (I think the igniter). Although the owners manual states to change it at the dealer, it is doable. It is a tight fit, make sure the bulb is seated correctly & that the wire connector is fully seated in. The bulbs rotates a quarter turn to remove/insert.Make sure the lights are off as it is a high voltage circuit. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
