Missing Lights or None there?

I bought a 2008 Lincoln MKX (used) about a month ago. A few days after purchasing I realized there were some lights that weren't illuminating. I pulled EVERY fuse and they were good. Not sure what else could be the problem. The items that don't light up are the steering wheel controls, the floor shifter, the headlight switch (but the fog light illuminates if I activate them), the window and lock controls, puddle lights, buttons above climate controls and floor lighting when entering the car. I should mention that the buttons/switches for these features still work. Any thoughts?

they could be out, it does happen, even in LED. sadly it's not a simple bulb replacement unless you want to solder in new LEDS otherwise you have to replace whole pieces

Dimmer switch? That would be where I would start. and it controls a lot of lights.

Bummer. I did some more digging this afternoon and found out it could be one of two things.... The c209 connector or the smart junction box. Not sure if the box can be "reset" or if I need to purchase new.

i dont think its gonna be the smart junction box because that controls a lot more than just interior dash lights. I would see if there is a bad connector or a bad switch, relay or something to that effect. Sometimes it can be a fuse under the hood or one near your feet.
