F14Snort Posted November 26, 2015 Report Share Posted November 26, 2015 I'm new to this (first time post)... I have a 2013 Edge SEL that the battery died earlier this week. I had a new battery installed, but now I can't go into ACC mode with the key to listen to the radio without the engine running. As soon as I turn it off it says "Battery Saver - System Off" "Please turn ignition off or start the engine" Anyone have a solution? Thanks!! WWWPerfA_ZN0W Posted November 26, 2015 Report Share Posted November 26, 2015 The Battery Management System (BMS) needs to be reset every time a new battery is installed on 2011+ Edges. The PCM needs to "learn" the new battery. Could also be an unrectified drain on the system somewhere, or a bad alternator. And, welcome!
