fit1446 Posted November 24, 2015 Report Share Posted November 24, 2015 i have 2010 ford edge with premium sound I added an after market amp and sub and had read that some had picked upt he signal into the aftermarket amp after the stock amp.this is how I have it installed.it sounds ok but I want to change it and use the signal before the stock amp but I only see 1 channel going into the amp1 + and 1- yet there are two channels exiting that feed the dual voice coilstock 8" sub..please tell me im just ani diot or pls someone show mea wiring schematic which seems imposible to find thank you for any help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Is the Premium head unit's (Audio Control Module) subwoofer output (before the sub's amp) a high level speaker signal, a low level audio signal or something else? I would like to replace the Ford OE Sub Amp and Subwoofer but keep the OE box. Are you saying the sub signal from the ACM is unusable?
