akirby
I think they changed it, probably after complaints about it not starting and not realzing it was a PATS problem.
Tlandry
Well after over two weeks of my car being at the ford dealership they could not diagnose the problem. They had the issue happen to them pretty much every single day but it would not start then start right up after they would get it hooked up to all the diagnostic tests. One of the techs wives drives a Lincoln MKX and she had a similar issue and it was the fuel relays and diodes after replacing those her car was fixed. Well they did the same on my vehicle with no such luck. So they reached out to the ford engineers and they were sure it was the fuel pump and to replace the fuel pump. So they replaced the fuel pump and kept it for a day to see if the issue occured which it did not, I've had the car now for two days and so far so good, I hope by writing this I am not jinxing myself but will keep updated for anyone else with this issue.
