BonnieHolland Posted October 20, 2015 Report Share Posted October 20, 2015 I can't find my way back to the original posting but one of the answers FIXED my moonroof which was stuck about 6" open. :yahoo:The fix is called an "initialization process"and I have attached a copy. It's a little tricky (be SURE to wait a full "10 seconds" like the instructions say). I'm not so sure I even followed one of the steps, but on the 3rd try I just pushed the shade/close button and after it closed all the way I kept my finger on that button and after little bit I heard the glass set down all the way.
