dgavette
Anyone change a fog lamp on their edge yet? Havent looked very close yet but doesn't look like too much access to it.
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
You mean the bulb or the housing? If you have enough stretch in you, you can change the bulb with a little grunt'n'swear session. Will have to do it by feel, not by sight. autom8r
dgavette: It's not that tough. Use a wide plastic pry tool. Insert it on the inside (toward the center of the car) surface and pry, The bezel will pop out, beyond it the fog lamp holder snaps into a mount. Oddly, the mounts are not symmetrical, you'd think that they would be mirror images of each other, but they're not, you'll see what I mean. While my bezels were out, I plasti-dipped them, they match the color of the bumper now. I also replaced the bulb with HID. Have fun.
enigma-2
dgavette: I also replaced the bulb with HID. Have fun. Why did you do that? Doesnt that defeat the purpose of fog lamps? I thought that fog lamps were only supposed to illuminate the immediate sides of the road (to find the centerline and edge of the payment). Putting too much light nearby will make seeing more difficult (causes the pupils to close down making distant vision poorer) and just throw a lot of glare onto on-coming drivers.
