cab2g
Are prices out as well?
akirby
No. They'll probably show up first on edmunds.com or one of those sites.
mjonis
Wel,l looks like the price will probably go up if they're moving some items out of 302a (heated steering wheel) on Titanium into an "optional" cold weather package now. Great. Although dunno if the Dealer was pulling my leg by saying the 2016 was going to be about 3k more than the 2015 (Titanium Edge with equivalent packages). I told 'em I'm going to wait for the 2016 because of the MFT/Sync3 changes.
knickerbocker
The Cold Weather Package is Included in the Titanium 301A and 302A packages in Canada. One of several differences I've noticed. Edited October 23, 2015 by knickerbocker

I wouldn't expect more than a $500 increase on a similarly equipped vehicle, if that much.
shamrock12
As mentioned in another thread, the 2016 Sport AWD base price is $805 higher than the preceding model year. Largely because of a few features that became standard such as: - Acoustic-laminate Front Row Side Windows - Hands-free Liftgate - Power Tilt/Telescoping Steering Column with Memory - Adaptive Steering Edited October 23, 2015 by shamrock12

27Sport
This has been posted some time ago: they both show 10/12/15. Anything special in this one? I think the change was made to the Cold Weather Pkg, it used to say a Heated Wiper Park was included but now it's not. Thought that was a good idea for the midwest crowd. The Escape has it so it seemed fitting for the Edge as they have the same style wipers.
akirby
No heated wiper park in either one. That must have been from an earlier one. This one is identical to the one I posted earlier.
Harvey Hanson
I have ordered an edge sport awd due to be 2016 model. I ordered it with the 401 pack, but looks like a lot of that is now standard on the sport, what do you actually get in the 401 pack now for the $3k cost... So only thing I don't like is the electric spice no longer seems to be a sport exclusive :-(

Old Ray
Can you provide the updated Canadian order guide? Not easy to get, hope it posts. Some differences from USA info. Cannot find adaptive steering info for Canada on 400A, build your own still talking about the deleted drivers package. Nice site, great help, thanks all. Old Ray
Canada only info; So in the continuing saga of the quest for information about the Adaptive Steering option I contacted Ford Canada and got a reply that was about something completely different, ............so I tried again and got this answer; Thank you for your reply, my name is Amy. While all of the Edge vehicles are built in Canada they are built for 2 different markets, US and Canada. While we are both part of Ford Motor Company, each market will have their own standard features and options depending on the trim level. Here in Canada the Adaptive Steering is part of the Driver’s Package along with the Adaptive Cruise control on the Titanium and is included on the Sport in with the equipment group 401A. It will not be available for the 400A equipment group of the Sport trim level. The announcement that was made by Ford affects US vehicles, and the adaptive steering is standard, but since this is Canada and we retain the right to change the availability of packages for our market. Thank you for contacting Ford of Canada. Sincerely, Amy RaszipovitsCustomer Relationship CentreFord of Canada I think that this means that you cannot have the Adaptive Steering with the Sport 400A package (Even though it is a standard no cost option on the USA Sport) just like you can not have the HID headlamps as a stand alone option, you have to get the 401A package with unwanted technology at $4500.00 cdn. Life sucks but I will get over it!
