bubbadewsky
I went to lower the passenger side sun visor and had a small spec of grease under my fingernail, well I ended up with a black smear on the headliner took it to the ford garage and they got most of it out. The rest can probably be removed but sometimes its better off to leave well enough alone. They used spray glass cleaner. Anyone got any better ideas for rest of removal. Black grease looks like shi- on light tan. Very easy to get headliner stained. at least now it's not noticeable
Slick56
You might try a Tide Stick. It works great on my shirts when I spill. However grease is bad so do not know if it will help. You can get the sticks at your local super market.
bubbadewsky
Got it clean, used a wet Q tip with a dab of dawn dish detergent and rubbed very carefully then sprayed entire area very lightly with water and blotted almost dry to prevent any water marks Edited August 13, 2015 by bubbadewsky
