shumax
I need to replace a missing key fob for our 2007 Ford Edge SEL AWD. The only key we have is the one with the fob on it. No blank key and we misplaced the other key fob/key. So, I only have one key fob/key. I poked around on this site called "Google" and it appears I may have to go to the stealership since I don't have a second key fob/key. Any thoughts/input? How much am I looking at? Thanks, Shumax
PaulSchott
You need 2 keys to program a new key.

shumax
Oh no! The stealership?! Ugh. Can I buy a key on eBay and have them program/cut it?
enigma-2
Short answer is yes, but you will still need to have it programed at the dealer. There are several Ford dealers on Ebay that will sell you a key/FOB combo for MUCH less than your local dealer. I bought two additional key/FOB combos and keep them just in case.
