normcloutier
I see Ford dropped the ball again with DRL LED. Saw my first 2015 on the road today and shook my head at what they put for lights in the bumper. Looks like they took all the extra light pipes from the 11-14 models and bent them into triangles. That in itself would make me not buy another edge.

normcloutier
Just saying that every other new vehicle has super bright extremely visible LED's. That's all.
WingNut
If you don't like it, disable it. If you base your car buying on a fog light, that is pretty stupid IMO. What I'd like to see is the Fog Lights the Edge have in the Chinese Market:

normcloutier
Pretty much every 2015 vehicle I see locally has LED DRL. Must be a Canadian thing.
akirby
DRLs are required by law in Canada - not in the U.S. so that's one difference. I think you only notice the ones with it. There are plenty of 2015s without it.
torquer
Just for clarification, the LEDs below the grille on either side are NOT daytime running lights. The DRL are halogens in the headlight cluster. According to Ford, they are "signature lights" that are almost exclusively cosmetic. I'm sure they provide some benefit as pseudo foglights but they are not beams. The 2015 Escape, on the other hand, has bright LED strips as part of the headlight cluster and are intended to be DRLs
ultrablue
I wonder if these are available to order in the US??? Does any one of you Ford Experts out there know how I might go about aquiring? If so I will buy them :-)
