Climate Control Blend Door 2010 Limited

I have read most if not all the threads about the various blend door issues.

 

In the last couple of days i have noticed a change in the amount of cold air I am getting out of the drivers side vents and being in Houston this is not a good time of year to lose your A/C.

 

I ran the test mode and it did not throw any codes, I also unplugged the blend door actuator and ran the test mode again just to make sure it was working and it threw a code.

 

I know the blend door works I get heat when I turn the temp up to 90 and I watch the lever move. Does that mean the blend door is fine or are there small adjustments it makes before it goes to full heat?

 

The passenger side blows cold air just fine and I have also noticed when i turn the fan speed down I get some cold air blowing out of the vent and no that is not going to be an adequate fix.

i know this is an old thread but i had same issue and it ended up being a tranny coolant line rubbed a hole in the ac condensor.... i had to recharge with dye and wqait like a week until it stopped blowing cold and checked for dye.... anyways im sure u got it fixed at this point.

So update after doing numerous diagnostic checks through the climate control panel they started working, this was back in July after I posted this.
