Intermittent problem with Rear View Camera and Unable to Detect Key

I've noticed an Intermittent on-going issue with my 2013 Edge Limited with the backup camera displaying "Camera is unavailable .Please contact your dealership." and also with the Push to start not detecting the key...both seem to occur at the same times when not working. Could this be an indication of some sort of wiring fault (Grouding issue).

 

The most recent issue lasted about 3 weeks and for the past week everything has been functioning as expected (Normally).

I've had it in to the dealer over 3 times for this issue while it was under warranty and now that the warranty is expired the problem still exists.

Any suggestions on what my next course of action might be to get this resolved? As it's an Intermittent issue I understand it may be difficult to detect, but I also don't believe that I should have to put up with this on-going issue for the past 2 years.
