Not recommended if it is over or under 3% change. This chart shows you are outside of the limits. The factory tire is 245/5020 or 245/60/18. Those two tires compared are within specs of each other.

The center hub bore on a 2011 and newer Edge is 63.4 or about 2.5 inches. That big of a center hub opening on the wheels you are looking at is going to need some hub centric rings.

dam i was under the impression the centerbore of the hub was 70.1, got really excited about those rims i have been looking for a couple months now and found nothing lol. they are used of course.

 

Glad you asked first. The center bore is 70.5 on the 2010 and older Edges. In 2011 Ford made them smaller.
