Prime_official
Picked car from transmission shop( rebuilt Tranny) ... Turn ac on .. Only cold from passenger side not from driver side ... Anyone ever had this happen?
macbwt
check your drivers side actuator. Most likely it has frozen or is broken. Either way if it does not work you will have to crawl under the dash to replace it and this is not a fun thing. Verify by changing temp and looking at the drive shaft. If the shaft does not move you need to replace it.
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Do you have the manual controls, or the ETAC?

WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Could be a problem with the climate control unit itself. First thing to do is run the builtin diagnostics. http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/15071-climate-control-problem/?do=findComment&comment=115324

WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Good you found the problem. Though why it affected only 1 side, IDK.
