tamugrad2013 Posted February 22, 2015 Report Share Posted February 22, 2015 I ran a vehicle health report yesterday and tried to open it on syncmyride.com and I keep getting an error message on the site. It says that the health report is ready to view, but it won't open. I also noticed when I logged in that my sync subscription has lapsed. Considering I don't really use sync services much I don't plan on renewing it. Could not having a sync subscription prevent me from viewing a vehicle health report, and if so why doesn't it just say this service is no longer than activated instead of an error message.
