rwf78155 Posted February 5, 2015 Report Share Posted February 5, 2015 After two years with Verizon I was due a new phone so I got a new Galaxy Note 3. All info from my old phone was transferred. Pandora played perfectly but no info would show on the screen other then a message stating "unable to find info".... no arrows to forward or go back to another song I went to Griffith Ford in Seguin Texas and three different people tried...to no avail....even reloading my phone twice Finally a service manager did a update and it now is working flawlessly.... apparently it was not able to fully recognize my new phone's info Griffith Ford is AWESOME P.S. .......While i was waiting for the update to install (30 minutes) the service manage took me to the new car prep area and showed me a brand new Shelby SUPER SNAKE Mustang......900+ HP 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
