RJG
Although the battery in our 2012 Edge 3.5 Limited was 3 years old (plus time before Ford installed at factory), and still cranked OK, test showed cold cranking power way down, so put in a new Motorcraft battery. Didn't lose any presets, but now recirculate on AC system stays on after turning engine off then restarting. I use recirculate a lot with AC to save energy (and polution of outside air). Always thought it should stay in that recirculate mode when turning engine off, then back on, but it never did. Now after the shock of old battery out and new one in, recirculate stays on until I take it off manually. Wonder what happened? And....I'm not complaining.
