USB SYNC Issues

Hi all,

 

Quick question, I got my Edge in Dec and the SYNC has worked awesome until the other day. My MP3 player that I have been using since I bought it all of a sudden will not work anymore. SYNC tells me "no usb device found" when i plug it in. I have tried 2 separate mp3 players and 3 different usb cables with no luck. Like I said it was working fine, just wondering if anyone else has ran into this issue. BTW it is a Sansa 250 mp3 player which is on the approved list for media players. Gonna call the dealer this week to see what they have to say. If anyone has any ideas, please help I miss my mp3 tunes.

I am having the same problem with both an Ipod and and Iphone. Both of these devices have been working fine and then they just stopped being found. Nothing has changed as regards firmware or the like. I would apreciate help Thanks.

I did get my Edge into the dealership to have them look at it and of course when I got it there it worked perfectly. The service tech went ahead and just checked all the connections to make sure they were tight. Since then I have not had any problems at all so hopefully it was just a loose connection.
