Waldo Posted May 1, 2018 Report Share Posted May 1, 2018 Be glad you do not have the auto stop start. While it may be better on fuel economy, it is quite hard on the engine. How is an engine not running harder on it than running? Did you ever think about that little turbo still spinning it's little heart out while the engine is off? How about the heat-soak of the oil in the Turbo that is still spinning (no oil pressure any longer) coking -up. One will NEVER recover $$$ from gasoline savings from "Auto Stop Start" vs the shortened lifetime of the 2 turbochargers! 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
