WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Hard to say what the cause might be, but I'd check the brakes (calipers, rotors, pads) first. The calipers on the rear are known to seize, and that would cause the pad to grind against the rotor continuously. Also check for any brake fluid at the lines going into the caliper. Does the fluid in the master cylinder reservoir look clean/full? Other possibilities relating to brakes are wheel speed sensors and ABS components. W714icked
I replace the rear brakes I'm able to move the truck but now I think the noise was the ptu it sounds like something is broken in there
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Check the PTU fluid (and the RDU fluid if PTU checks out). I hope against hope that the PTU fluid looks clean with no metal shavings in there!
