ls973800
Thought I had posted this here also after seeing the other post on the Welcome Forum regarding the same issue by the same person. Ā Very common problem over on the F150 forums and even the Explorer forum if I recall. The best way to resolve it has been to disconnect the battery cable for several minutes. For some reason this resets something and the navigation returns to normal. I couldn't find my post by doing a search about it, but I know it is out there. Ā Here are the posts over on one of the F150 forums I follow. Ā http://www.f150forum...r-tires-226274/
Waldo
That's just a temporary fix, eventually it will come back unless you get the software update. I had the update done on my Fusion (same GPSM and software) and no more issues.

FordIVTteam
Hi Chris92,I agree with Waldo about going to your dealer for this. They will be able to diagnose the cause and correct it. Let me know how it goes!Rebecca
Chris92
I took off the negative wire off the battery let it sit for few minutes and connected it again. Worked fine went on a few different roads to see how it is and then I set a destination and worked perfectly hope that's all it was... Thank you

Chris92
One more question not sure if anyone asked this but usually the alarm on the car should go off when putting the battery on correct? I bought it with keyless entry pack and moon roof (perimeter alarm) etc.. but it did not go off when I connected everything.
