tamugrad2013
I had to put my Edge in the shop today and I got a loaner car as per my CPO agreement. I didn't notice that it had temp. tags on it and I saw once I got home that they expired over a month ago. If I were to get pulled over what ramifications would I be held for if I were to be cited since it is a loaner vehicle. This is in Texas. akirby
I would think the owner of the vehicle is responsible for that not the driver. But it may vary by state.
tamugrad2013
Just an FYI as well. When i initially called the dealer they said if I did happen to get a ticket before I got the tag changed to just bring it in and they would take care of it.
