rock7437
I recently bought a 2014 Edge limit with the Sony stereo system I was just wondering if anyone else is having a volume issue where they have to adjust the volume almost beyond the halfway mark in order to get decent sound from the stereo system? If so is there any resolution I have already changed the volume adjustment for speed and it is already set to 7. Short of going to the dealer to get the amplifier replaced does anyone have any recommendations Edited July 26, 2014 by rock7437
akirby
That depends on what you define as decent sound. Check out another one at the dealer and see if it's the same as yours. If so that's just the way it's designed. If not then yours has a problem.
rock7437
I'm a little late but I to an having the same issue I went over to the ford focus forum and found that is the amplifier for some reason all the power goes towards the front soaked and not evenly distributed. Try getting your dealership to replace it with a different revision.
