Misskathrin Posted May 18, 2014 Report Share Posted May 18, 2014 On my 2011 Ford Edge SEL the high beams come on by itself. Even the car is off no key in sight the come on and off after a few seconds. This started all for sudden this afternoon. WWWPerfA_ZN0W Posted July 16, 2014 Report Share Posted July 16, 2014 Sounds like a combination of a bad headlight switch and turn signal switch. Could be a bad ignition switch as well. Are any other electronics operative with the key removed? There is a courtesy period of 10 minutes I think with the radio/electronics I think, so after that.
