WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Are you using the same dealer? May be time to change dealers and/or talk to Ford National Customer Service. We do have a rep on this forum, Todd, and I am sure he can help you out as well. Is the squealing coming from the engine compartment or the rear? If from the engine compartment, could be time for new belts. Some moving part has to be involved, I can't imagine a rock jammed into the metal guard would do it. If you can get someone to change out the PTU and RDU fluid, wouldn't be a bad idea at all. At least you can then check the condition of the fluid, for example, for metal shavings, viscosity, etc.

WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Can you describe the sound you are hearing, Sajid? Could be sand/rock caught in the brakes or could be warped rotors.
sajid.ali
Can you describe the sound you are hearing, Sajid? Could be sand/rock caught in the brakes or could be warped rotors. Sound is coming like Dhuk only once or sometimes twice (Dhuk Dhuk) not more Could be a warped rotor. why becaus few months ago a car hit my edge on front RHS wheel resulting in damage to Fender and scratches on wheel rim, fender has been repaired and wheel rim has been replaced under insurance coverage. this sound has been started after that. One more thing is when vehicle is parked more then 6-8 hrs and after that when you start driving it gives sound on bumps for initial 500-800mtrs drive but then this sound goes off. WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Hmm. Were you hit hard enough to possibly incur suspension damage? I would definitely have that checked also. It may be "temporary" now, but could become fulltime as you put some mileage on.

Wheel Rim only have an scratch on it.Suspensions checked by the dealer and found OK. Almost 7months passed now after that. Any idea how to check the rotor? WWWPerfA_ZN0W
The usual way to check for warpage is to use a dial indicator and check for runout. If there is excessive variation, say over 0.003", the rotor is consider warped and should be turned on a lathe. The lug nuts need to be torqued properly (not overtightened) to prevent warped rotors. Maybe your brake pads need to be re-seated/shimmed on the right side? During sudden braking, they would give themselves away as they would not be able to seat properly at once.
