jfriedmann
Hello, I was wondering if anyone has enountered an issue with their 2009 Ford Edge Navigation unit touch screen, whereby when you press any button on it, the entire unit freezes (requiring a key-on/key-off), and then the touchscreen does not function at all. I'm wondering is this is an issue with the connections I've made (I'm attempting to install the unit into a 2007 mustang), or with the head unit itself? It did work flawlessly once, at which point the I was able to run the self-diagnostics, and found that the only "faults" where the lack of SWC2 connection. jfriedmann
First one I remember. Sounds like corrupted software. Yaeh, I'm getting that sense too, although I'm not sure what's causing it to work occasionally (and seemingly, randomly) Any idea as to how one could remedy that?
