UnfocusedEdge
I was driving my wifes 07 Edge last night and I noticed that the interior blower fan was making noise. I believe it is the motor on the passanger side. Does anyone know how to replace the motor? Does this require pulling the dash? Thanks for any info. ls973800
Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the RH lower instrument panel insulator. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector. Remove the 3 blower motor screws. Remove the blower motor. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure. akirby
Yeah - 3 screws and one connection. Couldn't be easier.
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
BTW, what kind of noise was it making? Buzzing or ratcheting or ...? The blower fan in mine buzzes, but only when shutting it down on cold days.
