pablodiaz
I replaced the link that was posted with this link - which actually does give you free ford owners manuals and is not spam. http://motorcraftservice.com. -> owner guides. ls973800
Big difference between your topic title "Owner's Manuals" which can be found for free on the Ford website, and a "Service Manual" which usually costs money. There are a few public online library sites which provide free Chilton manuals for service work. I've posted a link to one of those sites in the past on this forum. Tried your link, it says page not found. When I searched for Ford manuals on the resulting page, it asks for $11.95 for the service manuals. Further searching on that page does, however, say it provides free "Owner's manuals". So anyone not using the Ford site may be able to view the owner's manual there. WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Was just missing the WWW. in front of the URL. https://www.motorcraftservice.com/ Edited November 23, 2013 by WWWPerfA_ZN0W
akirby
Fixed it. Thanks. It works if you type it into the browser without the www but not in a link apparently.
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
I think because the http:// is sitting in front of the URL, the browser takes it verbatim. When you type it in without the http:// or any such prefix, nowadays browsers backfill the www. as needed. BUT the forum sofware won't recognize it as a valid URL without tags around it. For example, motorcraftservice.com will work IF you select this text and right click to open link or some such option. Allows the browser to interpret.
