nyrangers1022
I have a 2010 Edge Limited with i bought used last year. It has the standard radio. Im looking to upgrade to a touch screen with NAV. Are there any aftermarkets that enable me to keep the SYNC system?
jvillefinest
If your upgrading to a touch screen with nav, and the possibility of Bluetooth built in the new radio. What would be the reason to keep SYNC?

What would be the reason to keep SYNC? Well it depends. If i need to call someone, i can just say "Call whoever", or run vehicle reports and other minor stuff
jvillefinest
I believe PAC or metra has the adaptor that you are looking for. I have the alpine double din and can use the Bluetooth to call someone in the same fashion. I did however loose the press to talk feature on my steering wheel controls. The parts would roughly run anywhere from $100-$200 depending on the secondary LCD screen. Good luck with the adaptor if you chose to go that route. PrinzII
I think Kenwood has such a radio. http://www.kenwoodusa.com/Car_Entertainment/eXcelon/Mobile_Video_n_Navigation/DNN990HD
bigfoot187
Alot of the aftermarket radios will support all the Svoice and Siri command thru the aftermarket radio. So you should be good to go. But it aint gonna be cheap thats all I can say. The Kenwood would be the way to go if you want to keep the SYNC function, you will need a slurry of adapters and harnesses to keep everything. But once its done, its looks and works fairly good
