NickSport11
Hi Everyone, I recently bought a 2011 Edge Sport, and have noticed lately that the seat rocks under acceleration and stopping. I have done a search and have come up with very little on the issue. A couple owners had this replaced under warranty. I am now out of warranty so my question is what causes this and how can I fix this on my own? What parts are needed etc. Thank you -Nick
akirby
This problem has existed on many ford SUVs and crossovers all the way back to the mid 90s. The seat tracks have to be replaced. Not sure if you can just replace the tracks or not.
NickSport11
Looks like the fix is over $900... Are you kidding me Ford! Has anyone had any luck tightening anything to help fix or reduce the issue?
