RKedge
I need to replace the dealer plate frame on the rear(they don't pay me to advertise), looking for a replacement. Does anyone know of a good inexpensive frame that is either black or chrome, or if someone sells body colored frames(ingot silver)? Or should I just go with out a frame and look more clean? Phillmatchett
I d go with out. I just recently took mine off after having it on for 8 months. Looks much cleaner in my opinion.

12Edge
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00138FAMQ/ref=oh_details_o05_s01_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Ā Ā The bolts I added. I also added the bottom set of "nuts" as my car only came with one set at the top like most. Ā It WILL NOT fit on the front black bracket. Too big to fit in the recess. teknowiz
Something like this? I looked at that but then realized it would be redundant to say "Ford" and/or "Edge" right next to the Factory emblems. If anything I figured it would emphasize how much they don't match factory badges. Ā edit: Oops I meant the ford one not the move over one.... WWWPerfA_ZN0W
That's what debadging is meant to fix
Dingo
Look up the Cruiser Perimeter. It's available in black or chrome and goes around the plate, but mounts behind it. Having a white sport, I had to do something because the plate color is too close to the car color.

RKedge
I went with no frame, didn't want to look cheap or advertise for someone I just gave 30k, thanks for all the replies!
AvBg2000
i went with this for the rear Ā its heavy and solid and keeps most of your plate visible. for the front i went with the bumbshox2.0 and cut off the strip at the top. much needed for nyc streets Ā

WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Looks great, but I wouldn't want to put on a 52 lb license plate (x2?)!
Drive XR7
No frame, but I did add a smoked plate cover.
