It will detect what version you have installed on your Edge and when you log back into the site with the USB, it should update your info. omar302 Posted August 20, 2013 Report Share Posted August 20, 2013 (edited) Some early 2011 & 2012 MFT require full image flashing through the Dealer only, they have early level software releases that couldn't be updated through a flash drive or by the owner. Your vehicle might be one of them. So even if your Edge is out of the original 3 year / 36k warranty, the APIM is still covered for 5 years regardless of mileage.
