Wingfoot Posted June 12, 2013 Report Share Posted June 12, 2013 Hey Guys, New here and not sure where to post this question. I have a 2012 Ford Edge Limited. The mirror blind spot light has been coming on going down a multi-lane highway with nothing in sight either side. They will stay on for three or four minutes at times and have stayed on as long as thirty minutes on occasion. This is an ongoing issue for three or four months. I have had the car in the local service department on three occasions and they can’t duplicate the problem. Today they said that they give up and if I want Ford to address the issue further I would have to call Ford customer service and see if they will assign a field engineer to the case. This doesn’t make the car unusable but it is annoying at night when both mirrors are lit up. Am I alone? Has anyone heard of this and a fix?
