Daustin
Hello all, my wife's screen went blank yesterday and I can't get it to come back on. I installed latest update the beginning of April. This happened about a month ago but it started working a few hours later. I have pulled the negative battery cable twice, for a total of ten minutes. Does anyone have any input on how to get it to reboot/start working again, or do I need to take it to the dealer? I have an appt on Monday. I have the electronics/nav package in my '12 5.0 and have no issues with that one. I really hope ford gets the bugs worked out of MFT. I have searched but only found info on doing a master reset, which I obviously can't do, and pulling the battery cable or fuse. Thanks in advance. rwolson
No other tricks available. Yes, dealer's your next option. I know the feeling because my APIM went bad two years ago. Thankfully, when I drove to work the only person in the car was me while I tired to sing and entertain myself

My wife said she's going nuts with no radio. I'm sure she's singing to herself as you did!
