gweiss808 Posted May 14, 2013 Report Share Posted May 14, 2013 hey everyone, just bought an 13 edge sport dealer let me drive away without a current nav card(A4), then when returning to pick up new card, the sirius has no signal.. kinda upset they told me i need to schedule a service apppt. anyone have similar experience or any remedies? thanks for reading! They had applied for terrestrial repeaters to provide the service there but local traditional radio operators have fought that application for years. They finally got approval to operate limited 2000 watt repeaters in Honolulu but according to their website they are not yet operational. I had called Sirius 2 separate times and both times they had me reseting my radio and waiting for signal, 15minute process all while they didn't know that Hawaii has no service! UGH..
