donkmoore
After many hours of reading and reviewing I decided to go with the 2" Hidden Hitch 87604 and Rola Cargo Carrier 59502. The hitch was very easy to put on, but took me a little extra time since I was doing it by myself. The Rola Cargo Carrier took about 10 minutes to put together and about a minute to slide it in. The carrier is pretty heavy, but slides in far enough that there won't be any worries about it being sturdy. However, the carrier does not come with a hitch pin and I won't be able to take it a test drive right away. That is fine, because I was planning on getting an anti-rattle / locking pin anyhow. Here are a few pics and wish I could have gotten more, but just didn't have time. I mainly wanted to show that this carrier (about a 3-4 inch rise) is above the exhausts. Most pictures are taken at an angle and you can't really tell, but these are pretty even with the carrier. BTW... My car was clean 2 days ago, but I live in the Midwest and we had some snow showers today. Good Luck! Don
Nate Edwards
Great idea! I was looking at a solution for towing my small junk trailer and my boat, this seems perfect.
