Dawgs18
I am looking for a set for my 2013 Edge Sport. I just got the 35w 5k HIDs so I am wanting it to match. Anyone know of a good place to find these? Thanks

Dawgs18
I have a set. $20+shipping. Are these comparable to the vleds that candurin posted?

What is the load equalizer? Is it necessary?
Dingo
The ones I have are 6000k. They won't match.
candurin
The resistors are NECESSARY or you will not be able to get the white lights working (amber will still work) due to the inherent voltage in the lines. They take 15 seconds to install (line up the wires and clamp the scotchloks).

My wife is so happy I got this car, lol.
Dawgs18
Also the 2 bulb or 4 bulb? I am gonna get some LED tailights at some point...so should I get the 4 bulb?
candurin
2 or 4 bulb what? You just need the 6 ohm resistors. My wife pretty much shakes her head ALL the time, so adding the mods to the car didn't make a difference in her opinion overall.
Dawgs18
If you go to the site it says 6 ohm 2 bulb or 3 ohm 4 bulb.
candurin
Oh. 6 ohm.

Dawgs18
Got the VLeds but they didnt work? I hooked up the resistor and switched around LEDS for polarity and nothing.
Dawgs18
I have 3 wires. Blk, green in middle and purple on outside. I hooked up blk and green and nothing. I unhooked green and did purple. The white comes on but when turn signal is on it just dims not turn amber. When I turned around bulb the amber is on and when signal is on it does nothing. Dawgs18
Yes. It's the ones candurin recommended. http://www.vleds.com/bulb/3157-3156-led/switchback-led/5k-type-2-dual-color-changing-white-amber-switchback-42-high-power-led-turn-signal-bulbs-3157-ck-type-base-1-pair-b-o.html
Dingo
The edge doesn't use ck bulbs. You got the wrong ones. These are right: http://www.vleds.com/bulb/3157-3156-led/switchback-led/5k-type-2-dual-color-changing-white-amber-switchback-42-high-power-led-turn-signal-bulbs-3157-4157-1-pair.html

Again, my sincere apologies. Edited March 9, 2013 by candurin
