oskar27
I thought the front passenger seat was folding on all Edge Limited but today I had to transport some 8 feet long moldings and to my surprise I could not find anything on that seat which will fold its back Do I miss something? Dingo
Not all have it, but if yours does, just pull up on the reclining handle and push the seat-back forward.

oskar27
So its my mistake because I read again the brochure I got from the dealer before purchasing the Edge and it says only the Sport model with 6 way power passenger seat has the folding seat. Somehow I had the impression that the Limited also had this option which is wrong Asking the dealer the cost to change the passenger seat to a folding one, we are talking about $3,000 minimum !!! Very disappointed but it was my mistake and I got to live with it
Cellbine
That must be something with the new models. I have a 2011 Limited and my passenger front seat fold forward. Maybe it was an option I selected and don't remember picking it. I posted this pic in a different thread, but we had to use it this weekend for a heavy "duty" job. bobyellow
Works on mine (2013 Sport with 1/2 electric passenger seat, the recline is manual probably due to this feature). Not sure I'll use it with leather seats, but good to know. Maybe use this if I have a hard cover for the seat back.
oskar27
Lucky you guys cause its a nice option to have I wouldn't give up though, later I will have a look to see what's involved to modify the seat myself. Can't say that I will be able to do so but at least I will give it a darn good try

Limited59
I believe they introduced the 10 way power passenger seat for '12 except for the Sport (possible SE too?) which caused them to do away with the the fold flat feature. I think the two extra "ways" were setback recline up and down, relative to the older 8 way fold flat design with manual recline.
