samskudd Posted January 28, 2013 Report Share Posted January 28, 2013 Does anyone else have a bad connection when trying to get directions from TDI? It seems like the longer I stay on the line the worse the connection gets. Services seems to work OK, but when I get the the point where it asks for the business name or address the connection is so bad half the time, I can't understand what is being said over the phone or directions doesn't understand me... Anyone else ever have this problem? I don't get it, it should be the same as a phone call, right? I have never really had a problem with a call...
