Ford Edge 2013, 3800 Miles

Hello,

I bought my new Edge 2013 SE, it was brilliant for a week or two, then some issues start to show up, air leak and transmission nudge between gears.

brake makes a strange noise.

I took it to the local dealer, they checked the transmission by just hooking up a computer and check for any error code, they couldn't find any error, which is really strange and frustrating.

when i drive at low speed, or when i make a U-turn the car dies and once i touch the pedal it will jump so suddenly.

when i speed up i feel like someone pulls me back by the time the gear shifts up, and RPM will drop so rabidly between the gear shifts.

when i accelerate and release the pedal, the car will act like it wants to stop. RPM will drop so rabidly.

while downshift, the car will smoothly slow down and at one point it will speedup (with downshift) and then smoothly slow down again.

Steering becomes heavier than usual, it is in fact heavy since day 1 it but i thought that it would be lighter.

I took it to dealer 3 times, and each time they say the car is fine, and even the mechanic said when he took a ride with me that this is normal.

I don't see it normal at all, it is really annoying.

from the description, could someone guess where the problem might be?

Thanks

I am having a similar problem with my 2012 Edge Ecoboost. I get dead throttle response for about 2 seconds. RPM's don't go up and it's like the engine dies and then boom, the throttle repsonse comes back. Took it to the dealer and no issues found. This has happened at least 4 times now. Only 10,000 miles on the vehicle.
