tpm419419
Hello can anyone tell me if it's normal to have both LED information clusters on either side of speedo to be fully lit or in darkened mode. Please look at the 2 pictures Thanks
JOEHIO
I know with my MKX, it will be in darkened mode when you start the car with the remote starter. Once you put your foot on the brake, and hit the start button on the dashboard, it fully lights up. Hope that this helps you.

Cdpratt69
Just like Hoe said, I have seen that only when I've used the remote starter. That's as much as I can remember about it though.
tpm419419
Yes thanks but has anyone sat in the car while in access mode? I think it should be the darkened screen but both go bright to blank screens
JOEHIO
Sat in my MKX for 5 minutes, screen was like your 1st pic, showed that accessory active. I hit the start button 2 more times, to shut down, and it looked like your second picture, then got out of my car.
omar302
In my 2011 MKX, I remember the screens would be on, but they would have some kind a white "Flow" image, kind of like the screens are white near the speedometer and get gradualy darker on the oppisite sides.
