A hearty thank you to the people that created this forum.

I have gotten alot info about the Edge here.

And thanks to posters... you guys are the great.

 

My Ford Edge Sport just turned 4100 miles this week.

Drove it off the lot May 31th.

I am very happy with my ride.

I have gotten alot of compliments and questions about the Edge Sport.

 

I did not break the 18 MPG line until 2900 miles.

That was disappointing.

 

Still love my edge sport.

Congrats on your Edge, and welcome aboard. It's a great place to spend some time. Don't be dissapointed with your mpg's. Takes time for break-in. I have 8,500 miles on my MKX, figures getting better and better. Where are you in Jersey, I'm over in Garwood (Union County).

Hello

I am in Montclair

Had to drive to Queens this past week.

First time driving thru the city with this car.

I was very impressed with the way my Edge handled the city roads.

 

My 2002 Taurus Wagon did take a while to improve the gas mileage.

It should be around 86,000 miles now. the wife would not let me sell it

So now she drives it full time. She is getting 22 mpg with it now.

I only got 20 mpg. Heavier foot I guess.

Okay, so you're not that far away. Should try and get a group meet going. Either you have a heavier foot then your wife, or she weighs a lot less than you, resulting in better mpg's !
