Lowery89
Dingo, Did you order the custom option like that or paint them after you got them? I was gonna send them the sport emblem to replace the ford, but I am waiting till I can justify paying for them... Or if that's look good

Dawgs18
I'm interested in brake covers for my red sport. I went to MGP and they have 2011-2012 but my ride is a 2013. Ā Will these still work? Ā http://www.calipercovers.com/_e/2011_2012_Ford_Edge/product/10119-S-FRD-RD/2011_2012_Ford_Edge_Red_Caliper_Covers.htm Ā Thanks

Dawgs18
I just purchased the red ford calipers from CariD and their service was great. Ā http://www.carid.com/mgp/caliper-covers-with-engraving.html Ā They were $199 and nancy gave me $10 off with free shipping! Ā drooling. KingMike
MGP has a ton of different styles for sale... Ā I seen that after I bought mine and had them installed =( haha. Would have liked to get the red Ford ones. Oh well, I'm still happy! =P Ā Btw those look sick Dingo.
sabtaj1
I went with the red MGP covers as well. Painted the calipers all black then installed the red covers. Also, cross drilled and slotted rotors front and rear. Dunno how to add a pic but I think there are some in my gallery.
KingMike
I. Should have gotten the calipers painted the same red as my edge........ Too bad I didn't think of that until after I had them out on. Ā Should have done that with the rain guards too............ -.-
Dingo
. I got mine in black because I just want to hide the rusty calipers, instead of calling attention to them.

Nate Edwards
^ I like the EBay idea. It's been a few years since I've used it, looks like it might be worth it.
JETZ
I agree! Nothing like 'fake BREMBO' big brake caliper covers covering honda sized rotors to fool who? Paint the real calipers, or better yet 'powder coat them. Ā Ā ...and I have 'REAL' Brembo's on my Vette. I like colored calipers. As a person with a car with real Brembos, I don't like the idea of putting fake Brembo covers on. Edited March 23, 2013 by JETZ
mikesedge
"I agree! Nothing like 'fake BREMBO' big brake caliper covers covering honda sized rotors to fool who? Paint the real calipers, or better yet 'powder coat them. " Ā Ā Exactly. I have painted mine before on my Pontiac G8GT with the G2 paint, and they look great. Guy here at work put those MGP covers on and everyone made fun of him, and he finally removed them and painted them. Like you said, big caliper covers with little rotors looks goofy. Phillmatchett
Definitely something I have to do. You got those Brembo covers for under 40.00 and the quality is pretty decent?
mclellan83
I just had this discussion with my buddy, my reason for going with the covers is that i hate how small the calipers in the first place. Let alone to draw more attention to them, and there is no need for more stopping power.
Edgieguy
I used the red MGP covers with the FORD logo, and Ive had a ton of compliments on them. They look fantastic inside the 22's. My father-in-law saw them the other day and asked about them, and an hour later we were ordering them for his Mustang GT. So much nicer finish, and quicker than painting calipers just to watch as they get dirty from brake dust landing in every crevice. If you can afford the price of admission, which I admit is kind of steep, then get them. Edited April 3, 2013 by Edgieguy
